With the 285 Universal, the german firearms manufacturer Spohr sets the new standard in the field of compact sporting revolvers. Very good handling, versatility, absolute precision, crystal-clear trigger characteristics and the highest level of german quality at a reasonable price were the focus during the development of this gun.

With its total weight of approx. 46 oz, the 285 Universal can be used in many shooting disciplines. The mounting rail also allows the gun to be used with the red dot sight mounted. The LPA rear sight with red dot front sight guarantees fast target acquisition and a clear sight picture under a wide range of lighting conditions.

All lock parts are wire-eroded from highly tempered steel and not made from cheap MIM as is the case with other manufacturers. This significantly improves the trigger characteristics and durability.

The barrel is a cold hammer forged polygon match barrel, which is characterized by its precision, durability and ease of cleaning.

The revolver is also available in combination with a 9mm Luger exchange cylinder, which significantly reduces recoil and ammunition costs during training.
